2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notification must contain:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• Identification of the removed material and its former location on the Site
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to error or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local court and accept service of process from the complainant

We will review valid counter-notifications and may restore the removed content at our discretion unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Esports Read reserves the right to terminate user access for repeated copyright violations. We may also remove or disable access to any content that appears to infringe copyright, whether or not a formal DMCA notice has been submitted.

4. Good-Faith Compliance

Esports Read follows the procedures outlined in the DMCA and other applicable copyright laws. We take all valid infringement reports seriously and respond promptly in good faith.
